The dancing group that did this are called Mehola (in hebrew: a kind of israeli dancing). The girls were dancing with these lights and when they stood together in a big "bright" circle the crowd went: "ahhhhhh" :)

Lights Up
Taken at Israels 59th independence day main show at Mt. Herzel Jerusalem (yes.... young country).
The dancing group that did this are called Mehola (in hebrew: a kind of israeli dancing). The girls were dancing with these lights and when they stood together in a big "bright" circle the crowd went: "ahhhhhh" :)
